At Applied Mind, we get that life can be tough and everyone’s just trying to do their best. That’s why we offer down-to-earth, trauma-informed support that meets you where you’re at.

No judgments—just practical help and a caring space to work through stress, grief, or big life changes. We’re here to help you build resilience and find hope, one step at a time.

To ease suffering, reduce stigma, and empower people to heal through connection, choice, and care.

Our services

  • Support for anxiety, depression, life changes, and emotional overwhelm using evidence-based, person-centred approaches.

  • Respectful, gentle care for those experiencing loss. The Grief Nurse supports people to integrate grief, not "move on" from it.

  • Creative, age-appropriate mental health support that builds identity, confidence, and self-regulation in young people.

  • Confidential support for men navigating stress, relationship issues, emotional suppression, or identity struggles.

  • Having a good yarn about worries or sorry business can be very helpful. Our founder Nicole is a proud Gomeroi woman who loves helping mob.

  • We provide tailored mental health support for older adults, promoting dignity, connection, and emotional wellbeing in later life.

  • Holistic Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling, wellbeing training, and policy support for businesses.
